Jessica Kilby joined the University of Georgia School of Law in 2021. She presently serves as the school’s event coordinator and works with the dean, faculty, staff and students to plan various events throughout the year. These include: orientation, faculty lunches, admissions open houses and lunches, advocacy receptions, student treats and law school-sponsored meetings and symposiums.
Kilby initially came to UGA in 2015 and worked as an event coordinator for the Georgia Center for Continuing Education and as a campus reservations coordinator with the Tate Student Center. She also served as an administrative specialist for both the School of Law's Wilbanks Child Endangerment and Sexual Exploitation and First Amendment clinics. Her law school service involved intake screenings, records and case management support, and logistics and budget processing.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of North Georgia.
