Campus Tours


We offer campus tours year-round—in the fall, spring, winter, and summer.

Summer 2026 tours will run from Monday, May 18 through Friday, August 14. During these times, tours will be led by an admissions director.

Class Observations

Experience a first-year law class and see UGA Law in action. Our class observations allow prospective students to sit in on a live class and gain firsthand insight into the academic experience at the School of Law.

These sessions are offered only during the fall and spring semesters and feature first-year courses taught by our faculty. Class observations are held on specific days and times to give visitors an authentic sense of the learning environment and classroom dynamic.

Fall 2026 1L Class Observation schedule will be available August 2026. 

Prospective Student Meetings


We invite prospective students to schedule a one-on-one meeting with a member of our admissions team to discuss your specific questions about the UGA School of Law, your goals, and the application process. These conversations are a great way to learn more about our programs and get personalized guidance on navigating the admissions journey.

Before scheduling your meeting, we encourage you to review our Viewbook and JD Admissions Process to familiarize yourself with general program details, LSAT/GRE information, deadlines, and application requirements. This will help you make the most of your time with the admissions team by focusing on your individual questions and interests.

Student Organization Outreach

If you are part of a student organization, pre-law society, honor society, or other group interested in learning more about the University of Georgia School of Law, we would love to connect with you.

We offer customized outreach opportunities, including:

Our team can tailor presentations to your group's interests, covering topics such as the law school application process, admissions requirements, student life at UGA Law, financial aid, and legal career pathways.

A variety of online resources can acquaint you with our community. These include our website, which includes information about student life, our faculty and our 17 different clinical and experiential learning programs. We also encourage you to take our virtual tour with information on innovations like our mentoring program. The mentoring program matches each new matriculant with a four-person mentorship team, including a professor, a career advisor, a fellow student and an alum/professional mentor with whom you've been matched based upon some common background, affinity, or interest.
