Law School Fund

Law School Fund - 

Since the creation of the Law School Fund in 1965, alumni, alumnae, faculty, staff and friends have been fueling the future of the School of Law with their private financial support. In addition to supporting students through scholarships, the Law School Fund provides book stipends and resources for professional attire and bar prep, preparing them for their future legal career.

School of Law Portrait Fund

School of Law Portrait Fund - 

The purpose of the Fund is to provide support for portraits commissioned for the School of Law. The portraits will become part of the School's collection and will feature alumni and supporters of the School. Many of the portraits will be placed on display within the law school buildings. 

Hirsch Hall Renovation Fund

Hirsch Hall Renovation Fund - 

The purpose of the Fund is to provide support for the renovation of Hirsch Hall within the School of Law. Support shall include, but not be limited to the following expenses: 

  • architectural design fees
  • construction fees
  • furnishings
  • fundraising events
  • promotional materials, and
  • any other expenses related to the Hirsch Hall renovation

If the funds are not longer required for the facility any remaining funds may be used for support of the School of Law. 

Hirsch Hall Discretionary Fund

Hirsch Hall Discretionary Fund - 

The purpose of the Fund is to support the School of Law's mission to provide, at a good value, the knowledge, skills and experience students need to make a positive impact on the legal profession, business world and public sector. Funds are directed at the discretion of the dean.

Law School Clinical Space Enhancement Fund

The purpose of the Law School Clinical Space Enhancement Fund is to provide support for capital enhancements of clinical space and technology upgrades to expend the clinical services of the University of Georgia School of Law. Support shall include, but not be limited to, improvements and renovations, technology, equipment, furniture, furnishings, supplies, and any other related expenses as deemed appropriate by the Dean of the School.
