Robert "Bob" Voelker

Robert "Bob" Voelker has more than 30 years of experience in the world of real estate having been a real estate attorney and multifamily property developer. Voelker served as a senior vice president and general counsel for StreetLights Residential, where he handled a variety of company projects including site analysis, due diligence analysis and financial feasibility from 2015 to 2020. He also worked with Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr for nearly 20 years as both a tax and real estate attorney, eventually becoming a company shareholder. His other experience includes serving as president at Apartment Developer, a tax accountant for Ernst & Ernst and an adjunct real estate professor at Dallas College.

Voelker earned both his law and bachelor’s degrees from Southern Methodist University.
