Monday Night Nutrition: Breakfast Meal Prep
Get your daily meals on track with the Monday Night Nutrition Workshops! Registered Dietician Beth Kindamo will walk you through a day's worth of recipes (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a snack) to keep your meal prep easy and affordable.
On Zoom at 6:30PM each week, we will prepare the following meals (ingredients here):
- February 1: Breakfast Sandwiches
- February 8: Spicy Noodle Bowl
- February 15: Burrito Bowl
- February 22: Granola Bars
The Law School will provide the recipe items, you just need your kitchen and some cooking basics. You must be able to pick up the supplies on the designated Monday of each workshop between 10AM-5PM.
