Koru Mindfulness Series
We're bringing mindfulness to the School of Law! Join Professor Heather Simmons for a 4-week workshop on mindfulness to prepare for Final Exams.
Koru Mindfulness is a free, 4-session course that will teach you the skills and practices for mindfulness. Students who have completed Koru report feeling more mindful, less stressed, better rested, and less self-judgment.
We’re facilitating this Koru series specifically for Law students, so grab a friend and come join us at the following times:
- Wednesday, 10/28 from 12:10-1:10PM
- Wednesday, 11/4 from 12:10-1:10PM
- Wednesday, 11/11 from 12:10-1:10PM
