The Wilbanks Child Endangerment and Sexual Exploitation Clinic is excited to announce the first session of its Fall Webinar Series. The title is "CSEC, Bias, and Litigating Race," which will be a discussion about how implicit bias affects survivors of commercial and sexual exploitation of children and how to use legal tools and resources to confront systemic racism against indigent, Black and brown clients. Panelists will include: New York City Legal Aid Society Attorney-in-Charge Dawne Mitchell, Attorney Shomari Ward and Wilbanks CEASE Clinic Intern and third-year student Victoria Hicks. Clinic Director Emma Hetherington will moderate the discussion.

Registration is free and Continuing Legal Education credit approval is pending.
