Koru Mindfulness Series
The Fontaine Center is bringing mindfulness to the School of Law! Koru Mindfulness is a free, 4-session course that will teach you the skills and practices for mindfulness. Students who have completed Koru report feeling more mindful, less stressed, better rested, and less self-judgment.
We’re facilitating this Koru series specifically for Law students, so grab a friend and come join us at the following times:
- Wednesday, 2/12 from 10:30-11:45am
- Wednesday, 2/19 from 10:30-11:45am
- Wednesday, 2/26 from 10:30-11:45am
- Wednesday, 3/4 from 10:30-11:45am
