Regents' Professor of International Law & Woodruff Chair in International Law Diane Marie Amann published “Children and the ICC Arrest Warrant Against the President and Children’s Rights Commissioner of Russia” as part of “Late-Breaking Panel: ICC Arrest Warrants: Impunity in Check?” in 117 American Society of International Law Proceedings 328 (2024).

Clinical Associate Professor & Wilbanks Child Endangerment and Sexual Exploitation Clinic Director Emma M. Hetherington was featured on Atlanta’s 11Alive regarding a new foster care bill. The segment titled “Sen. Jon Ossoff introduces bipartisan bill to require states report all ‘hidden foster care’ cases" was hosted by Erica Murphy and aired 10/23/24.

Callaway Chair Elizabeth Chamblee Burch presented her forthcoming book The Body Shop at the Duke School of Law Public Law Colloquium during September.

Dean Peter B. “Bo” Rutledge and second-year student Nicole P. Golson published “ABA Formal Opinion 512 on Generative AI Addresses Concerns” in the Daily Report on 10/22/24.

Congratulations to Regents' Professor of International Law & Woodruff Chair in International Law Diane Marie Amann who was selected as a Visiting Fellow at Exeter College for the fall 2024 semester. Exeter College is the fourth-oldest college at Oxford University, where Amann is currently serving as a Research Visitor at the Bonavero Institute of Human Rights, Oxford Faculty of Law.
