Regents' Professor of International Law & Woodruff Chair in International Law Diane Marie Amann presented “Child-Taking Justice and Forced Residential Schooling of Indigenous Americans” as part of an online workshop hosted by the American Society of International Law Transitional Justice and Rule of Law Interest Group during March.

Assistant Professor Assaf Harpaz was featured in Newsweek regarding state taxes in Florida. The article titled “Ron DeSantis Gives Update on Florida Dissolving Income, Property Tax” was written by Giulia Carbonaro and published 4/2/25.

Post Professor Pamela Foohey published “The End(s) of Bankruptcy Exceptionalism: Purdue Pharma and the Problem of Social Debt” in 46 Cardozo Law Review 861 (2025) (with J.C. Lipson).

Stembler Family Distinguished Professor in Business Law Christopher M. Bruner presented “Potential for Stakeholder Corporate Governance in the United States” as part of an online seminar titled “Stakeholder Approach and Corporate Governance Evolution” hosted by Université Rennes 2 in France and Roskilde Universitet in Denmark during March.
