Brown Jr. with the Professional Responsibility Section, Martin Chair Andrea L. Dennis with the Minority Groups Section, Associate Professor Matthew I. Metadata Services Librarian Rachel S. Evans presented "Apps for Actionable Workflows: Tools to Stay In the Loop and On Top of Tasks" as part of the online conference "Work Smarter, Not Harder: Innovating Technical Services Workflows" managed by the Amigos Library Services organization.

Distinguished Research Professor & Shackelford Distinguished Professor in Taxation Law Emeritus Walter Hellerstein presented "The US Internal Revenue Service Gig Economy Tax Center" at the meeting of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development's Technical Advisory Group to Working Party No. 9 on Consumption Taxes in Paris during February.
