Stembler Family Distinguished Professor in Business Law Christopher Bruner published a review of Marc Moore's article "Designing Dual Class Sunsets: The Case for a Transfer-Centered Approach" in JOTWELL. The review titled "Dual Class Stock in Comparative Context" was published 2/12/20. Bruner is a contributing editor to JOTWELL's Corporate Law section.
Callaway Chair Elizabeth Chamblee Burch was featured on Cleveland.com regarding the opioid settlement for Ohio's Cuyahoga and Summit counties. Wilner/UGA Foundation Professor in International Law Harlan G. Cohen presented "Nations and Markets" and participated in a roundtable discussion titled "Critical Perspectives on International Economic Law" at the American Society of International Law's biennial conference "Designing International Economic Law: Challenges and Opportunities" during February.
