University of Georgia School of Law students pursuing J.D., LL.M., and M.S.L. degrees benefit from an extensive curriculum in international, comparative, and transnational law and policy. More than two dozen courses are offered.
Courses include
- Business-oriented classes like International Arbitration, International Trade Laws, and International Business Transactions, and
- Public law classes like Law & Institutions of the European Union, Children & International Law, and Public International Law
Curriculum includes
- The Global Governance Summer School, a summer offering in Europe that students may supplement with Global Externships Overseas
- The Atlanta Semester in Practice and D.C. Semester in Practice, both of which combine classroom study with Global Externships At Home and other placements
- The NATO Externship, which offers the opportunity to spend a semester working at NATO's Supreme Allied Commander Transformation in Norfolk, Virginia, while earning course credit
