Students admitted into the program can take advantage of the following DSP benefits:

  • Participation in exclusive recruiting receptions and resume collection (Spring/Summer 2025)
  • Career coaching package, including full revision of application materials and networking emails, 1:1 customized strategy sessions, and email coaching (April – September 2025)
  • Pre-OCI and summer associate training webinars on topics covering resumes and cover letters, advanced interviewing techniques, networking, assessing firms, and more (Spring & Summer 2025)
  • Recommendations for employment and scholarships to our firm partners
  • Mentorship match to in-house corporate counsel to learn client collaboration and business development (after bar admission)

The Foundation will award scholarships in quantities and amounts to be determined by the Foundation.

The winning submission will receive a $1,000 cash prize and a $5,000 grant to implement a public interest project related to the article.

Up to six scholarships will be awarded in the amount of $2,500 each for the 2025-2026 school year.
