Clinical Associate Professor & Wilbanks Child Endangerment and Sexual Exploitation Clinic Director Emma M. Hetherington published “Child Trafficking” in Child Welfare Law and Practice: Representing Children, Parents, and Agencies in Neglect, Abuse, and Dependency Cases, 4th ed. (J. Gupta-Kagan ed.)(National Association of Counsel for Children, 2023) (with B. Atkinson). This book is commonly referred to as the Red Book.
