Regents' Professor of International Law & Woodruff Chair in International Law Diane Marie Amann presented as part of the “ICC Arrest Warrant Against Putin: Impunity in Check?” panel at the 117th Annual Meeting of the American Society of International Law held during March in Washington, D.C. She also attended the ASIL Executive Council meeting, completing her term as an ASIL Counsellor.
Alston Associate Chair in Corporate Law Lindsey Simon was featured by Barron's magazine regarding Johnson and Johnson's latest move in its baby powder litigation. The article titled "J&J's $8.9 Billion Agreement Doesn't Mean Its Talc Worries Are Over" was written by Josh Nathan-Kazis and published 4/5/23.

Stembler Family Distinguished Professor in Business Law Christopher M. Bruner presented “Business Risk, Financial Markets, and Sustainable Companies” at The Prism of Sustainability, a conference hosted by the University of Macerata (Italy) with support from the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union, during March.
Wilbanks Child Endangerment and Sexual Exploitation Clinic Staff Attorney Brian Atkinson published “Child Trafficking” in Child Welfare Law and Practice: Representing Children, Parents, and Agencies in Neglect, Abuse, and Dependency Cases, 4th ed. (J. Gupta-Kagan ed.)(National Association of Counsel for Children, 2023) (with E. Hetherington). This book is commonly referred to as the Red Book.
