Walker)) and "Administrative Law's Political Dynamics" (71 Vanderbilt Law Review 1463 (2018) (with C.L. Boyd and C.J. Walker)) were cited by U.S. Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan in her dissenting opinion in Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo.
