Distinguished Research Professor & Shackelford Distinguished Professor in Taxation Law Emeritus Walter Hellerstein's treatise State Taxation was quoted by the Oregon Tax Court in Oracle Corp. v. Department of Revenue (Oct. 6, 2021).

University Professor & Kilpatrick Chair of Corporate Finance and Securities Law Usha Rodrigues presented "Insider IPOs" to the Private Equity and Venture Capital Group at the American Bar Association Business Law Section's Annual Meeting.

Stembler Family Distinguished Professor in Business Law Christopher M. Bruner presented “Comparative Analysis of Common-Law Countries” online as part of the PhD Seminar on Companies and Markets hosted by the University of Oslo during October. The session was jointly presented with C. Liao of the University of British Columbia.

University Professor & Kilpatrick Chair of Corporate Finance and Securities Law Usha Rodrigues was featured in Forbes regarding the merger agreement between the Trump Media & Technology Group and the Digital World Acquisition Corp.
