Distinguished Research Professor & Shackelford Distinguished Professor in Taxation Law Emeritus Walter Hellerstein's treatise State Taxation was cited and quoted by the Indiana Supreme Court regarding state corporate income taxes and was also referred to as "[a] leading tax treatise."
