Shackelford Distinguished Professor in Taxation Law Gregg D. Polsky published "Tax Aspects of Incorporations" in Research Handbook on CorporateTaxation (R.S. Avi-Yonah ed.) (Edward Elgar Publishing, 2023).

Carter Chair in Tort and Insurance Law Michael L. Wells was named associate reporter for The American Law Institute's Restatement of the Law, Constitutional Torts project that will "examine the law of 42 U.S.C. § 1983, which provides an individual the right to sue state government employees and others acting 'under color of state law' in federal court for violations of federal law."

Clinical Assistant Professor & First Amendment Clinic Director Clare R. Norins was featured on Georgia Public Broadcasting regarding Georgia petition and referendum votes relating to the state Supreme Court's decision in Camden County v. Sweatt and the current petition effort concerning the Atlanta police training center. The segment was hosted by Orlando Montoya and aired 10/3/23.

Hosch Professor & Meigs Distinguished Teaching Professor Lori A. Ringhand presented "Gender and Race in U.S. Supreme Court Confirmation Hearings" at a symposium on judicial-decision making held at the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law during September.
