Distinguished Research Professor & Shackelford Distinguished Professor in Taxation Law Emeritus Walter Hellerstein's treatise State Taxation was quoted by the Oregon Tax Court in Microsoft Corp. v. Department of Revenue (Aug. 29, 2024).
