Assistant Clinical Professor & Wilbanks Child Endangerment and Sexual Exploitation Clinic Director Emma M. Hetherington published "Considering the Therapeutic Consequences of Recent Reforms to Civil Statutes of Limitations for Child Sexual Abuse Claims" in 15 Charleston Law Review 639 (2021).

Distinguished Research Professor & Shackelford Distinguished Professor in Taxation Law Emeritus Walter Hellerstein's treatise State Taxation was quoted by the Oregon Tax Court in Oracle Corp. v. Department of Revenue (Oct. 6, 2021).

University Professor & Kilpatrick Chair of Corporate Finance and Securities Law Usha Rodrigues presented "Insider IPOs" to the Private Equity and Venture Capital Group at the American Bar Association Business Law Section's Annual Meeting.

Stembler Family Distinguished Professor in Business Law Christopher M. Bruner presented “Comparative Analysis of Common-Law Countries” online as part of the PhD Seminar on Companies and Markets hosted by the University of Oslo during October. The session was jointly presented with C. Liao of the University of British Columbia.
