Callaway Chair of Law Emeritus Ronald L. Carlson was featured in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution regarding the appointment of Cobb County District Attorney Joyette Holmes to the Ahmaud Arbery case. Hosch Professor Lori A. Ringhand has received a $50,000 grant from the Stanton Foundation to develop and implement an undergraduate class titled Democracy and the Constitution. This course will also be available to Master of Laws and Master in the Study of Law students in the spring of 2021.

Woodruff Chair in International Law Diane Marie Amann was featured in Vox regarding the U.S. Department of Justice's case against former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn. The article titled "11 legal experts agree: There's no good reason for DOJ to drop the Michael Flynn case" was written by Sean Illing and published 5/8/20.

Callaway Chair of Law Emeritus Ronald L. Carlson was featured in James magazine's 2020 list of Georgia's Most Influential Attorneys. Listed as a "Legal Legend," the article states: "No Georgia list would be complete without mentioning University of Georgia Law Professor Emeritus Ron Carlson and his son, GBI Chief Counsel Mike Carlson. Proven successes as trial and appellate attorneys, the Carlsons have taught and trained countless judges and lawyers in classrooms and lecture halls across the country."

Assistant Professor Sandra G. Mayson was featured on CNBC regarding bail reform. The article titled "How the coronavirus could kill the US bail bond business" was written by Sully Barrett and published 5/9/20.
