Assistant Professor Thomas E. Kadri presented "Digital Gatekeepers" as part of the Yale Law School Information Society Project conference titled Big Tech & Antitrust during October.
Dean Peter B. "Bo" Rutledge and third-year student Jacob R. Bohn published "Could the Gig Economy Send Another FAA Disagreement to the Supreme Court" in the Daily Report on 11/5/20.
Brumby Distinguished Professor in First Amendment Law Sonja R. West hosted The First Amendment Salon virtual conference titled "Defending Free Speech for All" during October.
Post Professor Melissa J. "MJ" Durkee presented "Interpretive Entrepreneurs" as part of a panel titled "International Law in Theory" at the American Society of International Law Midyear Meeting, held virtually. She also participated in meetings of the ASIL Executive Council and American Journal of International Law Board of Editors.
