Wilner/UGA Foundation Professor in International Law Harlan G. Cohen published "Are We (Americans) All International Realists Now?" in Whither the West? Concepts on International Law in Europe and the United States (C. Giorgetti and G. Verdirame, eds.) (Cambridge University Press, 2021).
Associate Professor Matthew I. Hall published "Cocurricular Learning in Management Education: Lessons From Legal Education’s Use of Student-Edited Journals" in the Journal of Management Education (2021) (with M. Theeke).
Callaway Chair Elizabeth Chamblee Burch was featured in a Reuters article regarding findings from her survey of multidistrict litigation women plaintiffs involving personal injury cases. The article titled "First-ever survey of MDL plaintiffs suggests deep flaws in mass tort system" was written by Alison Frankel and published 8/9/21.
Callaway Chair Elizabeth Chamblee Burch was featured in a Reuters article regarding the impact of a cap on attorney fees related to an opioid litigation settlement. The article titled "Lawyers' fees from $26 bln opioid settlement capped at 15%, judge rules" was written by Nate Raymond and published 8/9/21.
Metadata Services and Special Collections Librarian Rachel Evans presented "Beyond Scholarship: Innovative Institutional Repository Collections" (with S. Nolan), "Cool Tools Cafe: Website Change Detection Tools," "Prescient Privacy at Play: A Spectrum of Terminology and Tools for Administering and Teaching Legal Technology" (with J. Tubinis) and "Tour of the Buckland Museum of Witchcraft & Magick" as part of the 2021 American Association of Law Libraries conference during July.
