Regents' Professor of International Law & Woodruff Chair in International Law Diane Marie Amann presented “Le rôle des avocates et autres femmes d’exception au procès de Nuremberg” (“The Role of Lawyers and Other Women of Exception at the Nuremberg Trial”) as part of a conference titled "News about the Nuremberg Trial 75 Years Later" in France.

Regents' Professor of International Law & Woodruff Chair in International Law Diane Marie Amann presented “Les femmes et le droit : l’exemple des procès internationaux de Nuremberg” (“Women and Law: The Example of the Nuremberg International Trials”) at the Faculté de Droit Julie-Victoire Daubié, Université Lumière Lyon 2 as part of the yearlong law faculty celebration that includes a “Pioneers: Women and Law” lecture series.

Associate Dean for Academic Affairs & Hosch Professor Kent Barnett published "How Chevron Deference Fits Into Article III" in 89 George Washington Law Review 1143 (2021) (invited article for Annual Review of Administrative Law).

Callaway Chair of Law Emeritus Ronald L. Carlson was featured in an Associated Press article regarding the Ahmaud Arbery trial. The article titled "Explainer: What Are the Charges in Ahmaud Arbery's Killing?" was written by Kate Brumback and published 11/23/21. It appeared on Fox News, the ABC TV affiliate in Pensacola and other media outlets throughout the country.

The article titled "Public Nuisance Laws in Opioid Cases Give Hope to Both Sides" was written by Geoff Mulvihill and John Seewer and was published 11/24/21. The article appeared in U.S. News & World Report and other media outlets throughout the country.
