Wilner/UGA Foundation Professor in International Law Harlan Grant Cohen presented “What’s in a Name?” and "Why Study International Precedent?" as part of the “De-formalizing the International Judiciary” and "Connecting Social Practices to Legal Outcomes" workshops, respectively, at the 17th Annual Conference of the European Society of International Law: In/Ex-clusiveness of International Law.

Associate Dean for International Programs & Post Professor Melissa J. "MJ" Durkee presented “The Technology of Inclusion in International Climate Law” and "The Logics of Inclusion and Exclusion in International Participatory Structures" as part of the “Just Energy Transition – the International Human Rights Law Perspective” and “International Organizations, Elites, and Masses: Perspectives on In/Exclusion” workshops, respectively, at the 17th Annual Conference of the European Society of International Law: In/Ex-clusiveness of International Law.

Interim UGA Vice Provost for Academic Affairs, University Professor & Kilpatrick Chair of Corporate Finance and Securities Law Usha Rodrigues was featured on Quartz regarding the status of the merger of Digital World Acquisition and the Trump Media and Technology Group.
