Interim UGA Vice Provost for Academic Affairs, University Professor & Kilpatrick Chair of Corporate Finance and Securities Law Usha Rodrigues' conference remarks have been published under "Panel Three: How Should SPACs Be Treated Going Forward (IPOs, Mergers, or Distinctly Different?)" in 227 Fordham Journal of Corporate & Financial Law 382 (2022).

Dean Peter B. "Bo" Rutledge presented on "The Economics and Law of Arbitration" panel as part of the 16th Annual Judicial Symposium on Civil Justice Issues hosted by the George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School during October.

Associate Dean and Martin Chair of Law Andrea L. Dennis was featured in the Atlanta Black Star regarding the use of rap lyrics in criminal cases. The article titled "'It Primed the Jurors' Implicit Bias': California Judge Overturns Two Rappers' Murder Convictions That Used Song Lyrics as Evidence" was written by Nicole Duncan-smith and published 10/11/22.
