Assistant Professor Assaf Harpaz presented "Global Tax Wars and the Shift to Source-Based Taxation" at the Junior International Law Scholars Association summer workshop during August.
Wilson Associate Professor in Business Law Laura Phillips-Sawyer was featured on NPR's "Marketplace" regarding the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia's United States v. Google decision.
