Clinical Associate Professor & Wilbanks Child Endangerment and Sexual Exploitation Clinic Director Emma M. Hetherington was featured in USA Today regarding parental rights. The article titled “Mom arrested after her 10-year-old son went on a walk alone” was written by Jeanine Santucci and published 11/27/24.

Congratulations to Clinical Professor Emerita Eleanor Crosby Lanier for receiving the 2024 Chief Justice Harold G. Clarke Award from the Supreme Court of Georgia Commission on Dispute Resolution and the Dispute Resolution Section of the State Bar of Georgia. The award recognizes outstanding contributions to alternative dispute resolution in Georgia, and Lanier was honored for her lifelong commitment to the field.
