Tony Waller, CDO's Director of Public Sector Career Advising and Bar Exam Success Programming, will review hiring patterns, criteria, programs and strategies for:

- Non-profit groups
- Public defenders
- Prosecutors
- Legal aid providers.

Asian Law Students Association: Q&A with Steven Wong
We are honored to welcome Mr. Steven Wong, the Assistant General Counsel at The Home Depot, as a guest speaker this semester. Mr. Steven Wong leads and manages the global intellectual property legal function within The Home Depot. Before working at the Home Depot, he has worked at various IP boutique law firms. Mr. Wong will be sharing his general career experiences on how he got into IP. This will be a good listen for those who are interested in IP law and those who are interested in working in-house at some point in time.

Richard Bliss is the founder of BlissPoint Consulting, an innovative marketing firm in Silicon Valley teaching leaders how to become digital executives in today's new virtual business environment. LinkedIn has named him one of their Top 10 Voices and is an award winning pioneer in technology, collaboration, and cloud computing, Richard has lectured and presented on five continents on the topics of emerging trends and their impact on business. He's also been nicknamed the e-Grinch by CNN for his work with communication security.
Georgia Public Sector Career Fair
Law students attend pre-selected and pre-scheduled job interviews with government and public interest organizations, for summer 2020 and post-grad 2020 jobs.
Student applications are due in January; interested students are encouraged to attend the information session in January.
