The Atlanta Legal Aid Society is the legal services agency for five Metro Atlanta counties that represents low-income clients in housing cases, domestic violence protective orders, public benefits, and other civil matters. The session will feature the Atlanta Legal Aid internship/externship coordinator and past interns from UGA law. Learn about part-time and full-time externship opportunities for the 2021-2022 school year as well as 2022 summer internships.

A therapist with nearly 20 years of previous experience as both a lawyer and a member of senior management at Big Law firms, Stacey now works with lawyers and law students to help them align their needs and values with their personal and professional roles and responsibilities. As a Shareholder and Assistant General Counsel at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, Stacey advised attorneys on the most daunting challenges of their careers related to issues such as malpractice, conflicts, and employment discrimination claims.
