- Signature authority is the permission to approve transactions in compliance with relevant University policies and procedures
- Primary responsibility for funds and transactions related to the Law Library remains with the Director of the Law Library
- Each supervisor is authorized to sign for the employees he or she supervises, not for all employees. In the event of supervisor absence, the supervisor may designate a substitute to sign leave forms or time sheets.
