Reasonable Care
The borrower accepts full responsibility in taking reasonable care of the borrowed laptop. A laptop returned damaged in such a way clearly outside the exercise of reasonable care leaves the borrower liable for repair and/or replacement costs. The borrower incurs the same liability for lost or stolen equipment.
