The EITS Help Desk offers phone assistance by calling 706-542-3106 during the following hours. (There is no real-time tech assistance whenever the University is closed.)

The EITS Help Desk also takes email questions at - helpdesk@uga.edu and offers chat service Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. at https://hd.support.uga.edu/.
