Biographical Information

Rachael D. Flannery currently serves as an attorney-advisor for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and as a general body member of the Women’s Initiatives Team for the U.S. Army Reserve. She has held several positions working for the federal government and the Department of Defense, including service in the U.S. Army JAG Corps as chief of client services, brigade judge advocate and chief of federal litigation. 

Flannery earned her bachelor’s degree magna cum laude and her Juris Doctor from UGA. She also earned her Master of Laws from the Georgetown University.
