Type of work: Student will participate in 2-3 week rotations in 5 to 6 practice areas based on the student's preferences. The practice areas are primarily transactional in nature (corporate, commercial transactions, operations/services, real estate, employment/HR, merchandising/intellectual property, privacy, tax and international/supply chain) but also include general liability litigation and commercial litigation.

Preferred days: Flexible M-TH; One day a week must be in office.
