Atlanta Judicial Circuit Public Defender's Office

The Atlanta Judicial Circuit Public Defender's Office handles cases in Fulton County. The mission of the Office is to ensure that all accused indigent defendants are provided with their guaranteed fundamental constitutional rights by providing effective and zealous legal representation. Students will assist public defenders in representing clients and some students may be able to appear in court under Georgia's Student Practice rule.
