Type of work: Student will be involved in contract review (including customer contracts, non-disclosure agreements, distribution and manufacturing agreements, and leases), litigation related projects, and various compliance functions, including labor, product, and licensing compliance.

Note: This is a hybrid externship. Student may work at either the Peachtree City, GA or the Atlanta, GA office.
