M.E. Kilpatrick Chair of Corporate Finance & Securities Law - 

The primary purpose of the Fund is to provide a salary supplement sufficient for the School of Law to attract and retain a professor of the highest competence and distinction in the field of corporate and securities law. In addition to its primary purpose, the Kilpatrick Chair may be used to provide a salary supplement sufficient for the School of Law to attract and retain one or more M.E. Kilpatrick Scholars of Corporate Finance and Securities Law (Kilpatrick Scholars), and that the Kilpatrick Scholars will be professors who the School of Law has determined have demonstrated strong potential to hold the Kilpatrick Chair at a later stage of their careers. 

If the income generated by the Fund is not needed for the purpose as stated herein, the residual amount may be used to support scholarships for Law Students.
