Hosch Associate Professor Kent Barnett published "Regulating Impartiality in Agency Adjudication" in 69 Duke Law Journal 1695 (2020).

Callaway Chair of Law Emeritus Ronald L. Carlson was featured on HowStuffWorks regarding how you may be affected if you happen to video a crime. The article titled "5 Things to Know Before You Record a Possible Crime" was written by Patrick J. Kiger and published 5/22/20.

Distinguished Research Professor & Shackelford Distinguished Professor in Taxation Law Emeritus Walter Hellerstein's treatise State Taxation (3d ed. 2020) and his law review article, "Construing the Uniform Division of Income for Tax Purposes Act: Reflections on the Illinois Supreme Court's Reading of the 'Throwback' Rule," 45 University of Chicago Law Review 778 (1978), were cited and quoted extensively by the Michigan Supreme Court in Honigman Miller Schwarts and Cohn LLP v. City of Detroit (May 18, 2020) involving Detroit's income tax.

Stembler Family Distinguished Professor in Business Law Christopher Bruner presented "Private Power and Public Good: Harnessing the Corporation for a Sustainable Future" for the University of Oslo Faculty of Law. The online event was organized by Oslo's Research Group Companies, Markets and Sustainability.

Callaway Chair Elizabeth Chamblee Burch was featured on Bloomberg Law regarding Johnson & Johnson's decision to phase out its talc-based baby powder. The article titled "J&J Talc Phase-Out Seen as Possible Prelude to Settling Lawsuits" was written by Jef Feeley and Riley Griffin and published 5/20/20. This article was reprinted by other media outlets across the country.
