Assistant Professor Thomas E. Kadri published Tort Law: Cases & Critique (2021). This open-access casebook was made possible through a University of Georgia Provost Affordable Course Materials Grant. Third-year student Courtney M. Hogan and second-year student Noah C. Nix contributed to the text as well as Administrative Associate Sarah Burns and Research & Copyright Services Librarian Stephen Wolfson.
Metadata Services & Special Collections Librarian Rachel Evans presented "Totally Tubular: Carving Out Your Best Content with DCX" at the Digital Commons North American Conference during October (with M. Biondo and A. Connolly). The presentation showcased the new digital exhibits repository platform with several examples from the UGA School of Law's special collections, and it included a live workshop for attendees to begin building their own IR digital exhibits.

The article titled "Trump's $300 million SPAC deal may have skirted securities laws" was written by David Enrich, Matthew Goldstein and Lauren Hirsch and was published 10/29/21. It was reprinted in The Seattle Times and the Honolulu Star Advertiser.
