Brumby Distinguished Professor in First Amendment Law Sonja R. West presented on First Amendment jurisprudence at the Practicing Law Institute's "Communications Law in the Digital Age 2022" conference held in New York during November.

Clinical Assistant Professor & Prosecutorial Justice Program Director Melissa D. Redmon was featured on CNN.com regarding the practice of one law firm representing multiple clients involved in the same investigation. The article titled "CNN Exclusive: Georgia DA floats immunity deals for fake electors as investigation into Trump hits roadblock" was written by Sara Murray and Zachary Cohen and was published 11/16/22.

Interim UGA Vice Provost for Academic Affairs, University Professor & Kilpatrick Chair of Corporate Finance and Securities Law Usha Rodrigues virtually presented "Why SPACs: An Apologia" as part of the University of Cambridge Finance Seminar Series, supported by the Cambridge Endowment for Research in Finance, during November.
