The Transactional Law Club (TLC) is building the dealmakers of tomorrow—law students ready to shape industries, close complex transactions, and thrive beyond the courtroom. We’re here for anyone curious about dynamic, non-litigation career paths in areas like corporate law, real estate, intellectual property, entertainment, mergers & acquisitions, and more.

Our events go beyond theory. Through interactive panels, you’ll hear from practicing transactional attorneys and upper-level students who share the skills, strategies, and stories that will help you carve your own path. We also offer a mentorship program to connect newer students with experienced peers who can help you explore every corner of transactional law.

Whether you’re here to network, learn the craft of dealmaking, or discover new career options, TLC is where tomorrow’s leaders in the business of law get their start.

For questions about TLC, please contact our President, Porter Alexander Tynes, III, Vice President Emily Gamble, Outreach Coordinator Franklin Phan, or any member of our Executive Board.
