Biographical Information

Wade Schueneman currently works as an associate with Fortson Bentley & Griffin. A transactional attorney specializing in tax law, business law and estate planning, his practice is largely focused on the taxation of corporations, partnerships, trusts, estates, international transactions, property transactions, deferred compensation and exempt organizations.

Previously, Schueneman served as a high school mathematics teacher at Athens Academy.

Schueneman earned his undergraduate degree summa cum laude and with highest honors, his M.A. in mathematics and his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from UGA, where he was inducted into the Order of the Coif. He earned his Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University in 2012.
