Ruqin Jin is a Visiting Scholar for the 2019-2020 academic year, in residence at the Dean Rusk International Law Center. Ruqin is conducting research on comparative securities law.
Jin is a Lecturer in the School of Law at Anhui University of Finance and Economics located in Bengbu, Anhui Province, China. He also serves as a researcher at Anhui University's Economic Law Research Center.
Jim earned his doctorate in law from East China University of Political Science and Law, and his master's and bachelor's degrees in law from Anhui University of Finance and Economics. He has published several articles, books, and conducted research projects related to economic law.
