Biographical Information

Ronni D. Solomon is currently at partner at King & Spalding, where she specializes in the management of major discovery matters. She leads the firm's e-discovery practice and provides guidance on issues such as litigation preparedness and discovery strategy in active litigation. Solomon also advises clients on records management policies, including retention schedules and related matters. Due to her expertise, she was appointed by U.S. District Court Judge Timothy Batten to a committee charged with providing recommendations on amending the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia's local rules regarding e-discovery issues. Additionally, she served as the co-chair of an electronic discovery subcommittee of the American Bar Association Litigation Section's Pretrial Practice and Discovery Committee. Before joining King & Spalding, Solomon was a corporate discovery specialist for one of the largest e-discovery companies in the industry.
