Luther Harold Beck Jr.

Luther Harold Beck Jr. currently serves as founding partner at Beck, Zwald & Associates. His practice focuses on eminent domain litigation and also includes land use, zoning and general civil litigation. He has more than 25 years of first chair trial experience and has served as a special assistant attorney general for the state of Georgia. Over the course of his career, he has represented several county governments, including Forsyth, Gwinnett, Hall and Rabun, in addition to various municipalities. He previously served as president of the Beck Legal Group, as partner at Chandler, Britt, Jay, Beck & Zwald, as partner at McClure, Ramsay, Dickerson & Escoe, and as associate at Jones, Byington, Durham & Payne. He earned his bachelor’s degree from UGA and his law degree from Georgia State University.
