Kevin Erwin

Kevin Erwin currently serves as the legal and compliance lead for payment products at Apple, where he directs the team responsible for supporting Apple’s financial services initiatives globally. This includes Apple Pay, Apple Card, Apple Cash and Apple Savings. He has also directed the global expansion efforts for Apple Pay and created the strategic vision and compliance program for Apple’s financial services division. Previously, Erwin served as counsel for fintech and payments at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner. Additionally, he worked for five years as an associate at Paul Hastings in the global banking and payment systems group. Erwin earned both his bachelor’s and law degrees with honors from UGA.
