Jiang Xi is a Visiting Scholar for the 2018-2019 academic year, in residence at the Dean Rusk International Law Center. Xi is conducting research on "Improving the Enforcement Systems for International Court of Justice Judgments."
Xi serves as a lecturer in the School of Law at Jilin University of Finance and Economics located in Changchun, Jilin Province, in the northeastern part of China.
She earned her doctorate in law from Jilin University, her master's in law from Jilin University, and her bachelor's degree from Jilin Normal University. She has published several articles, and conducted a research project funded by the Social Science Foundation of Jilin Province.
