Biographical Information

Casey C. Crumbley is an attorney, mediator and arbitrator with experience in litigation, negotiation and alternative dispute resolution. He serves as senior counsel with Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete and as a mediator and arbitrator with Miles Mediation & Arbitration. His practice includes defending clients in litigated matters, advising on dispute resolution strategy, and helping parties resolve disputes through mediation, arbitration and negotiation.

He is a registered mediator and arbitrator with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution and served on the board of the State Bar of Georgia Dispute Resolution Section from 2023 to 2025. He has also served as a mediation coach for the UGA School of Law since 2023. Additionally, he serves as a major in the Georgia Air National Guard, where his military legal experience includes advising and representing airmen in administrative and personnel matters.

Crumbley earned his Bachelor of Science from The Citadel and his Juris Doctor from Faulkner University.
